We are happy to ship worldwide and have been doing so for over three years now with a 100% success rate. We take pride in our excellent packaging, most items are double boxed and we work with bubbles, foam and polystyrene chips and sheets. We do not charge for packaging materials. We send them to you as we would like to receive them ourselves. An invoice can be added to your parcel if you request it. We ship with the Royal Dutch Mail (TPG Post) which is a First Class service. For some items we will use FedEx.

Insurance is an optional extra at $4 for items up to $500, above that it is 2.75% of the sale price. Please note NO EXTRA handling charges apply. Buyer must please note that he/she is responsible for any import duties that may occur, but in our experience only a few customers have had to pay any dues.

Our return policy:
All sales are final, returns only if the item does not fit our description. Returns will be refunded minus postage costs and/or Credit Card % costs. Having said that out of over 1700 parcels sent we have only had to refund on three items. We appreciate your feedback on our shipping, to maintain our high level of service.
